These Terms apply to all services, programs and offerings provided by Digital Fuel 4 Growth and its verticals, including but not limited to:
• Digital Marketing Services
• SEO Services
• Brand Strategy Services
• LinkedIn Services
• Coaching Programs
• SoulMaarg Programs & Workshops
• Consultations (1:1 or Group)
• Soul-Centered Business Coaching
• Healing & Consciousness Programs
• Webinars, Courses, Communities & Digital Products
• Any other paid or free offerings listed under the Services section of the website
SoulMaarg is the Healing & Consciousness Vertical of Digital Fuel 4 Growth, led by Soul-Centered Business Coach Antra, focused on inner clarity, consciousness, soulful business and aligned growth.
Minimum Service Commitment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all service-based engagements offered under the Services section require a minimum commitment period of three (3) months.
Clients understand that services including digital marketing, SEO, LinkedIn services, branding, coaching and consulting require time for implementation, optimization and measurable outcomes.
Payment Terms
All payments made to the Company are required as per the mutually agreed proposal, invoice, subscription plan or contract.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension, delay or termination of services.
Refund Policy / No Refund Policy
All payments made towards:
• Coaching Programs
• Soul-Centered Business Coaching
• Healing & Consciousness Programs
• 1:1 Consultations
• Group Coaching
• Workshops
• Webinars
• Courses
• Communities
• Strategy Sessions
• Digital Products
• Paid Events
• Service Retainers
• Consulting Services
are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been processed.
No refunds shall be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Lack of participation
• Failure to attend sessions
• Change in personal or business priorities
• Dissatisfaction arising from unmet personal expectations
• Failure to implement recommendations provided
If a service has already commenced, partially delivered, booked, reserved, or resources have been allocated, refunds shall not be applicable.
Rescheduling Policy
For 1:1 consultations, coaching sessions or booked sessions, rescheduling requests must be communicated at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance.
Missed appointments, late cancellations or requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled session may be treated as completed sessions and may not qualify for rescheduling.
Results Disclaimer
Digital Fuel 4 Growth, SoulMaarg and Soul-Centered Business Coach Antra do not guarantee specific financial results, income levels, business outcomes, lead generation numbers, rankings, personal transformation outcomes or healing outcomes.
Results depend upon implementation, effort, participation, external factors, market conditions and individual circumstances.
Educational & Informational Purpose
All coaching, consulting, healing programs, webinars, training, courses and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic or investment advice.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, presentations, recordings, strategies, templates, resources and content shared remain the intellectual property of Digital Fuel 4 Growth, SoulMaarg and/or their representatives unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution or resale is prohibited.
Recording & Content Usage
The Company may record workshops, webinars, coaching sessions or training sessions for quality, educational or operational purposes.
Participants agree not to record, reproduce or distribute proprietary sessions without written permission.
Service Delivery
Timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending upon project scope, approvals, client responsiveness and third-party dependencies.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely communication, approvals, access, information, and cooperation required for effective service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Digital Fuel 4 Growth, SoulMaarg, Soul-Centered Business Coach Antra, employees, partners or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of services.
The maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service purchased, excluding taxes.
